Below are our return and refund guidelines for the products and services in our store.

Digital Products (Video Downloads, MP3s, Digital Resources)

Digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact us and we will ensure you receive a working copy.

Physical Products (Books, DVDs, Media)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Support Products (Sponsor a Show, Advertise, Donate)

Support products such as Sponsor a Show, Advertise Your Product, and Donations are non-refundable, as these are voluntary support contributions or services already planned for production.

If you made an accidental duplicate purchase, please contact us immediately and we will gladly help.
